Video from Tea Party/Occupy Boston rally: police officer gets, er, excited

The video above shows a police officer shoving an Occupy Boston protester at a heated Tea Party rally on Monday. A photo of the officer shoving the protester made newspapers in Boston today; in the photo it appears as if the officer is choking the protester. Watch to see what happened. The ACLU of Massachusetts is investigating the incident.
