Binney: NSA is assembling dossiers on US citizens

NSA whistleblower Bill Binney spoke at the HOPE 9 conference in New York City on July 14, 2012. After the talk he was interviewed by journalist Geoff Shivley; Tim Pool filmed the exchange and you can watch it above.

In his remarks, Binney says that the NSA is maintaining individual dossiers on millions of US citizens.
