In the next video, which most of you have likely seen, an NYPD officer pepper sprays a number of Occupy Wall Street demonstrators directly in the face, for the crime of standing on the sidewalk.

What are we to make of this, other than that the NYPD has been targeting #OWS for political reasons? Why else would they allow such riotous behavior go unpunished at the Giants parade, while non-violent political demonstrators (and even the journalists covering their events) are routinely mass-arrested, beaten and pepper sprayed?
