What happens when the Drug Enforcement Agency gets the wrong guy? It leaves him in a jail cell for four days without access to food, water or a rest room.

On April 21, DEA agents swept up 24 year old student Daniel Chong in a raid, and told him he would be released without charge. An officer even offered him a ride home.

Instead, someone threw him in a jail cell and forgot about him. That was Saturday. On Wednesday morning, agents finally discovered the young man, who had been "recycling" his own urine in order to survive. He spent five days in the hospital recovering.

Why are we fighting this stupid drug war, again?
