DHS “effectively eviscerates” right-wing extremism investigations work

According to the Washington Post, the DHS has cut back its investigations into domestic, right-wing terrorism even though its own 2009 report predicted a surge in such activity. The agency is shifting that manpower and those resources to the "Islamic terror" portfolio of its work. This, even though the domestic terror attacks over the past few years have been largely committed by white supremacists or radical right-wing ideologues. See here, here and here.
