One of the scientists in this video says that the human terrain mapping systems used by the FBI to map and track Muslims in the US were initially developed for targeting Black Power groups like the Panthers during the COINTELPRO era. He says that the systems were then used in war zones, and have now come "full circle", back home to monitor Muslims in America. Chilling stuff.
