Internet activist Barrett Brown arrested by the FBI?

The following video purports to show law enforcement raiding the home of Anonymous affiliated journalist and transparency activist Barrett Brown and arresting him. The action starts at around 1:30. (Note: There's a lot of offensive language in the clip.)

Initial reports about Brown's arrest suggested that he had been pulled over and arrested for driving under the influence, but this video shows something quite different. Someone who was on the video chat with Brown recorded the following video, providing his take of what happened on September 12, 2012:

The Dallas County website shows that Brown was booked at 10:51 PM on September 12, 2012. No charges are listed on the county webpage containing information about his booking; where a charge should be entered, it simply says "INTRANSIT". When I called the Dallas County Sheriff's office at 11:05 AM on September 13, 2012, the agency had no record of his booking number, meaning he isn't being held by Dallas County anymore.

If anyone has further information about Brown's arrest, his whereabouts or his charges, please get in touch. Check back for updates to this story.

UPDATE: According to Andrew Blake, Barrett Brown will be in court this afternoon in Dallas. @AnonyOps now says Brown is being held as a result of threats made to FBI agent Robert Smith. See the video below for context regarding those threats.
