My boss Carol Rose appeared on DemocracyNow! this morning to discuss ACLU concerns about the Tsarnaev trial, which began jury selection yesterday morning in Boston. Read her piece "Tsarnaev trial will test what it means to be 'Boston Strong'".

I've covered the Tsarnaev matter extensively on this blog, examining unanswered questions and lingering issues with the government's narrative not just about its involvement with the Tsarnaev brothers, but also concerning the FBI's killing of Ibragim Todashev in Florida in May 2013. Read those blogs.
