Massachusetts is one of seven states planning to join a pilot program that would involve the transfer of extremely private student information to corporations.

The ACLU of Massachusetts has joined with the Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood, the Massachusetts Parent Teacher Association, and Citizens for Public Schools to urge the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to withdraw from the pilot program.

You can read more about the plan to share student data with the Gates Foundation supported company inBloom here. If you live in Massachusetts, take action to oppose the plan.
