A May 29, 2012 New York Times article by Jo Becker and Scott Shane revealed that the Obama administration hosts weekly meetings called "Terror Tuesdays," where about 100 government officials, including Obama 2012 campaign manager David Axelrod, decide who to target in its death by drone campaign.
