Using FBI secret wiretaps and undercover videos, the short film follows “Anna,” a paid FBI informant, as she seduces Eric McDavid. McDavid was later convicted of federal terrorism offenses and sentenced to 20 years in prison. He was unexpectedly released in January 2015 after the government admitted it had withheld 2,500 pages of FBI documents from his defense, including love letters between their paid informant and McDavid.
