Today at 12:30 EST (9:30 PST) attorney Peter Smith, with support from the ACLU and EFF, will argue a challenge to the NSA/FBI dragnet phone surveillance program before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, in Smith v. Obama. The hearing is an appeal to a lower court's dismissal of Anna Smith's lawsuit against the Obama administration and executive branch spy agencies for collecting her phone records without warrants.
