Can this be real? There is no punishment for police who shoot dead a nearly 70 year-old man in his own home, after his own medical alert device sent the alarm to police that brought them to his door? DemocracyNow! describes what happened to 68 year-old Kenneth Chamberlain, who was killed by police in White Plains, NY back in November.

The officers hurled racial slurs at Chamberlain, broke down his door, tasered him, and then shot him dead.
