On January 12, 2011, Jess Sundin and other activists issued Grand Jury subpoenas in September 2010 held a press conference describing what they allege is the FBI's long-term infiltration of their peace and justice movements. See their press conference below. Sundin says that an alleged infiltrator, “Karen Sullivan,” provided evidence to the local District Attorney upon which the subpoenas are based.
