FBI lies to judge; judge gets upset

DemocracyNow! has a report from Oakland this morning describing how Oakland police raided and arrested at least 70 people at Occupy Oakland early this morning. There are numerous reports of police using sound bombs, tear gas, and even scattered reports of rubber bullets. The latter is unconfirmed.
In case you missed it, here's what's been going on regarding police surveillance and abuse of Occupy movements nationwide. As usual, the NYPD is a repeat offender.
